We support establishing an inclusive society to assist the less fortunate, raise their standards of living by creating new opportunities for them. The larger objective of the Siddhdham foundation is to improve the lives of underprivileged people in the tribal regions of Maharashtra by teaching them how to make handcrafted goods like soaps, chocolate, candles, garments, bags, and clothing, as well as to engage in holistic development and hand-on sewing

Founder's Note

Vaishali Mahadik has volunteered for numerous NGO’s in the Mumbai and Nashik area over the past 20 years. Additionally, she has been working and providing food for the kids at Mumbai’s street signal.
She has a giving spirit and constantly believes in sharing everything she has. She has impacted many people’s lives in her own unique way by sharing her knowledge, running awareness campaigns, encouraging preventive healthcare practices, spreading healing and love, occasionally even by offering financial assistance.
Founded the Siddhdham Foundation with her childhood friend Sachin Pitale with the goal of establishing a center for tribal people and women who are in need of economic resources.

Siddhadham envisions a world where individuals are not only healed but also empowered to contribute positively to society.

Vision

We envision a way of life for tribal communities that is prosperous, productive, healthy, educated, and culturally rich, grounded on moral principles and appropriate technologies that can maintain and nurture future generations and stop modern materialism from destroying tribal culture. Identification of tribal resources and making the indigenous knowledge/unique culture as a means of livelihood. To uplift the physical, social and cultural well being of tribal communities throughout Maharashtra while enabling the preservation of traditional values of harmony with nature. Our policy seeks to bring scheduled tribes into the mainstream of society through a multi-pronged approach for their all-round development without disturbing their distinct culture.

Mission

To build a society in which every member of the secluded tribe attains the right to survival, protection, and development. The key objective is promotion of Tribal and Rural development throughout the state of Maharashtra, with specific attention drift on the areas near Mumbai, Nashik and Palghar districts. Our motto is to help downtrodden people mobilize, through integrated approaches via self-sustaining development initiatives. Our efforts are directed at rehabilitating total human development and bringing about social awareness. We aim at clubbing local level organizations to ensure social justice and self-reliance. In this manner, we foresee equitable economic conditions for poor communities by realizing the potential of personal skills and resources.

Our Community

Beyond our wellness offerings, Siddhadham proudly supports marginalized communities in the adjacent tribal areas, empowering them with skills such as jewelry making, soap crafting, chocolate production, candle making & garment manufacturing.

Shakti Foundation

Women empowerment programs, where training is provided to Village women in order to make them independent & support the family income. Making Ornaments from waste cloth, Homemade Soap, Candle making & Chocolate making are some of the training provided by us.

Siddhivinayak School for Special Children

We are associated with this school that provides education as well as vocational training to special children in Nashik. Siddhadham also takes part in the distribution of Old Clothes or any other household material to the Tribals in nearby villages. This helps to recycle many things that are of great help to the poor villagers living nearby.
Awareness programmes related to the proper disposal of waste such as plastic promote sustainable, environment-friendly living are also held in nearby villages. Importance is given to preserve local flora & fauna. The knowledge of tribal people about medicinal plants & herbs, found in nearby forests, is one of the most valuable assets that can be shared & learned by us.
